THE LEGAL CONDITIONS TO PLACE AN OFFENDER IN A SOCIO-THERAPEUTIC INSTITUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECOND REFORMED PENAL LAW IN WEST GERMANY ARE DISCUSSED IN THEIR CONSEQUENCES TO PRACTICAL LIFE.
Abstract
IT IS OBVIOUS THAT ALREADY IN THE LEGAL FIELD ALMOST INSOLUBLE PROBLEMS ARE TO BE SEEN, WHICH ARE TRANSMITTED TO THE EMPIRICAL FIELD OF DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CRIMINOLOGY. FURTHER, THE METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES ARE DISCUSSED AND THE EMPIRICAL CONDITIONS EXPLAINED, WHICH COULD HELP TO OVERCOME THE EXISTING DIFFICULTIES. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT) --IN GERMAN.
