Abstract
This is a supplement to a textbook on criminal procedure for use in law schools. It provides citations and relevant portions of cases, rules and new laws which will bring the textbook up to date as of 1993. The first part of the supplement deals with the investigative aspect of a criminal case. The second part deals with the laws relating to the prosecution of the case.
