The principal focus of the document are the criminal offenses and defenses found in the Pennsylvania Criminal Code. The thousands of additional criminal offenses found in other non-criminal titles of the Pennsylvania statutes are summarized and a complete analysis of Drug Offense is included. The volume begins with a brief User's Guide followed by a Table for Crimes Code Sections and a Quick Index which lists entries by topic. A 1990 Supplement is included at the back of the book.
