Abstract
CURRENT REFORM EFFORTS AS OF 1976 ARE CHARACTERIZED BY BEING LIMITED TO THE REVISION OF THOSE FEATURES OF THE CRIMINAL CODE WHICH HAVE PROVEN THEMSELVES ESPECIALLY UNSATISFACTORY IN PRACTICE AND WHICH HAVE RECEIVED UNANIMOUS CRITICISM. THE ARTICLE RELATES THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRIMINAL LAW REFORM TO SOCIAL AND POLITICAL FACTORS IN THE COUNTRY'S HISTORY. --IN GERMAN
