Abstract
The manual covers the structure and administration of the Criminal Bureau with respect to divisions, supervision and management, the Case Information Management system, office reporting procedures, and press information. The manual also deals with policies and procedures for employment hours and compensatory time, leave, travel, training and education, speaking engagements and publications, and political activities. Further, policies and procedures are presented that concern criminal complaints and investigations, search warrants, wiretaps, the grand jury, subpoenas, case prosecution and disposition, and appellate and civil litigation.
