DISCUSSION OF THE NEED FOR BEHAVIORAL SCIENTISTS TO CONCENTRATE THEIR STUDIES ON THOSE WHO VIOLATE THE LAW BEACUSE THEY ARE OVERWHELMED BY CERTAIN CONDITIONS OR BECAUSE THEY CANNOT CONTROL THEIR BEHAVIOR.
Abstract
GENETIC, NUTRITIONAL, AND PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS WHICH HAVE BEEN STUDIED AND DEMONSTRATED TO CAUSE DEVIANT BEHAVIOR ARE EXAMINED. THE NECESSITY OF FURTHER STUDY OF THE EFFECTS OF CEREBRAL TRAUMA AS A MEANS OF REDEFINING CRIME, RESEARCHING ITS CAUSES, AND FINDING NEW METHODS OF COMBATTING IT IS EMPHASIZED.
