Abstract
THE REPORT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING TOPICS: ORGANISATION TO DEAL WITH SERIOUS CRIME - INCLUDING KIDNAPPING, HI-JACKING AND TERRORISM; TRAVELLING CRIMINALS AND LIAISON BETWEEN COUNTRIES; CRIME INTELLIGENCE GATHERING, COLLATION AND DISTRIBUTION; CRIME PREVENTION; AND DRUG TRAFFICKING. ALSO COVERED ARE METHODS OF INVESTIGATION, RULES OF EVIDENCE, ADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE, AND FACTORS WHICH DETERMINE COURTS OF TRIAL.
