The database was established to assist courts that are considering the use of ADR, planning ADR initiatives, implementing new programs, or modifying existing ones. The article describes what information is available from the database such as questions court managers might ask when planning or implementing an ADR program. An overview of ADR programs is provided along with a discussion of program structure, staff requirements, and the ADR process.
