HE DOES NOT URGE SOCIAL CHANGE IN ANY OTHER DIRECTION THAN MORE LAW AND MORE CONTROLLED ORDER. HE OPPOSES THE DEATH PENALTY AND URGES GUN CONTROLS. THE OVERALL APPROACH IS REFLECTIVE OF A LAYMAN'S APPROACH.
