PROSECUTORS MUST ENGAGE IN A PROGRAM OF CONTINUING EDUCATION TO KEEP ABREAST OF THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS IN CRIMINAL LAW AND TO REFRESH THEMSELVES ON THE INTRICACIES OF TRIAL COURT PRACTICE.
Abstract
THE AUTHOR BELIEVES THAT WHILE FEDERAL FUNDING FOR PROSECUTOR TRAINING IS DESIREABLE, EVENTUALLY EACH DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE WILL HAVE TO FUND ITS OWN COMPREHENSIVE CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAM.
