THIS BOOKLET IS DESIGNED TO EXPLAIN WHAT RIGHTS AN EX-OFFENDER MAY HAVE LOST; ACT AS A GENERAL GUIDE FOR REGAINING THOSE RIGHTS; AND DESCRIBE RECENT EMPLOYMENT LEGISLATION THAT BENEFITS EX-OFFENDERS. THIS BOOKLET ALSO DESCRIBES HOW TO HAVE POLICE, COURTS AND PROSECUTOR'S RECORDS OF ARREST ERASED, IN THOSE SITUATIONS WHERE AN ARREST RESULTED IN A NOLLE, DISMISSAL, OR A NOT GUILTY JUDGMENT. --IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
