THIS BOOKLET IS DESIGNED TO EXPLAIN WHAT RIGHTS AN EX-OFFENDER MAY HAVE LOST; ACT AS A GENERAL GUIDE FOR REGAINING THOSE RIGHTS; AND DESCRIBE RECENT EMPLOYMENT LEGISLATION THAT BENEFITS EX-OFFENDERS.
