Abstract
THIS REPORT DELINEATES THE PROBLEM AREA, THE RESULTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS TO DATE (1972), AND AREAS REQUIRING ADDITIONAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT. THE CONCEPT APPEARS VIABLE. THE RESEARCH WAS PERFORMED FOR THE NEW YORK STATE IDENTIFICATION AND INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM (NYSIIS). (AUTHOR ABSTRACT)
