REPORT ON A STUDY OF COMMUNITY ATTITUDES ABOUT ORGANIZED CRIME.
Abstract
BASED ON INTERVIEWS CONDUCTED IN NEW YORK CITY GHETTOS, THE STUDY REVEALED A LACK OF COMMUNITY ALARM ABOUT MANY OF THE ACTIVITIES WHICH CRIMINAL JUSTICE AUTHORITIES ASSOCIATE WITH ORGANIZED CRIME.
