Abstract
MOST OF THE SUGGESTIONS CONCERNING CHANGES IN RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS AND SELECTION PROCEDURES HAVE BEEN PUT INTO EFFECT. TRAINING PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN MADE MORE COMPREHENSIVE. THIS REPORT LISTS EACH RECOMMENDATION MADE IN THE ORIGINAL STUDY, AND THE DEGREE TO WHICH THE STATED GOALS HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. THE ORIGINAL STUDY IS TO BE FOUND IN NCJ- 07111.
