Abstract
REWARDS VARY FROM PRAISE FOR A JOB WELL DONE TO GRANTING OF TEMPORARY LEAVE FROM THE INSTITUTION. FORMAL REWARDS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE FOUR HOUSING LEVELS, WHICH ARE DESCRIBED. AN INCENTIVE COMMITTEE HOLDS REGULAR MEETINGS TO DISCUSS AND MAKE DECISIONS REGARDING CHANGES IN TREATMENT PROGRAMS, INCENTIVE LEVEL MOVES, WORK RELEASE CANDIDATES, AND FURLOUGHS. SAMPLE APPLICATIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR THE VARIOUS PROGRAMS ARE INCLUDED.
