Abstract
AUDIOVISUAL MATERIALS TO BE USED, BIBLIOGRAPHIC MATERIALS TO BE HANDED OUT, AND STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURES FOR PRESENTING THE COURSE MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED. THE COURSE COVERS BASIC PRINCIPLES OF CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION IMPORTANCE OF UNIFORM APPLICATION OF CONTRACT TERMS, CLARIFICATION OF AMBIGUOUS TERMS THROUGH CAREFUL MANAGEMENT DIRECTIVES, CONFLICTS IN TERMS, MANAGEMENT'S RIGHT TO MANAGE, THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE SUPERVISOR AND THE UNION STEWARD, RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOTH SUPERVISOR AND UNION STEWARD, AND GRIEVANCE HANDLING.
