Abstract
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND PRIVATE SECTOR EMPLOYEES IN THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PROCESS, APPLICATION OF UNIT DETERMINATION CRITERIA IN INDIVIDUAL JURISDICTIONS, TYPES OR BARGAINING UNIT PROBLEMS PREVAILING IN CORRECTIONS AGENCIES, THE DECERTIFICATION PROCESS, AND THE ELECTION PROCESS ARE COVERED. STEP-BY-STEP PRESENTATION OF THE MATERIAL IS DETAILED; SUGGESTED READING MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED.
