Abstract
THE INHERENT SUPERIORITY OF EQUITY LAW OVER COMMON LAW CAN BE INVOKED ONLY WHEN THE COMMON LAW HAS BEEN SHOWN INSUFFICIENT TO DEAL WITH A PROBLEM. THE AUTHOR CONTENDS THAT IT HAS BEEN SHOWN INSUFFICIENT TO DEAL WITH ORGANIZED CRIME.
