Abstract
THIS SERVICE OFFERS THE D.C. RESIDENT BOTH LEGAL AND SOCIAL REFERRALS TO APPROPRIATE COMMUNITY RESOURCES. OUTLINED ARE THE PROCEDURES BY WHICH COMPLAINTS AND INQUIRIES ARE PROCESSED AND FOLLOWED UP. DATA ANALYSIS REVEALS THE EXTENT TO WHICH THE SERVICE HAS BEEN UTILIZED.
