REVIEW OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NAACP LEGAL DEFENSE FUND SINCE FURMAN V. GEORGIA AND OF THE STATUTES IMPOSING CAPITAL PUNISHMENT WHICH HAVE BEEN ENACTED OR REVISED SINCE THAT DECISION.
