THE REPORT IS ORGANIZED IN PARAGRAPHS AND COVERS MANPOWER, CRIMES AGAINST THE BRITISH RAILWAYS AND OTHER TRANSPORTATION ESTABLISHMENTS, INSPECTION OF SCOTTISH AND LONDON TRANSPORT AREAS, CHANGES IN SENIOR RANKS, DEPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL, PROMOTIONS, RECRUITMENT, PERSONNEL LOSS, SICKNESS, COMMENDATIONS, DISCIPLINE, PUBLIC COMPLAINTS, EXAMINATIONS FOR PROMOTION, TRAINING, EDUCATION, AMBULANCE UNITS, INQUESTS, PORTS, SHIPPING, AND BUILDING ACCOMMODATIONS. ADDITIONAL DISCUSION INCLUDES CRIME BREAKDOWNS, VALUE OF PROPERTY STOLEN OR FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED, PROSECUTIONS, OFFENSES COMMITTED BY EMPLOYEES, ASSAULTS ON MEMBERS OF THE STAFF, VARIOUS SPECIFIC CRIMES, POLICE DOGS, CRIMINAL INJURIES COMPENSATION, AND FORENSIC LAB ASSISTANCE.
