Abstract
This Annual Report of the Code Committee on Military Justice covers the period October 1, 2009, to September 30, 2010, and was submitted to the United States Senate and United States House of Representatives and to the Secretaries of Defense, Homeland Security, Army, Navy, and Air Force pursuant to the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The report contains six sections: Section 1: Joint Annual Report of the Code Committee; Section 2: Report of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces; Section 3: Report of the Judge Advocate General of the Army; Section 4: Report of the Judge Advocate General of the Navy; Section 5: Report of the Judge Advocate General of the Air Force; and Section 6: Report of the Judge Advocate General of the Coast Guard. The information in each section of the report deals with matters pertaining to the administration of military justice for U.S. Armed Forces for the indicated reporting period. Tables and figures
