Abstract
THIS ANALYSIS WAS CONDUCTED TO DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY AND DESIREABILITY OF FORMULATION OF A NEW SET OF RULES FOR OFFENDERS UNDER COMMUNITY SUPERVISION. A SHORT COMMENTARY AND CONCLUSIONS ARE PRESENTED FOR EACH RULE OR GROUPING OF RULES WHICH HAVE SEPARATE HEADINGS IN THE OFFICIAL UNITED NATIONS VERSION OF THE STANDARD MINIMUM RULES.
