This directory contains a listing of North Carolina State agencies involved in alcohol and drug abuse programs. Program issues include prevention; intervention; treatment; referral; enforcement; areas of regulation research; and advisory, coordination, and grant management.
Abstract
The directory is comprised of four sections: State agencies listed alphabetically by department, and agencies listed by major program activity; agency program descriptions; and budgetary analysis. The section on program descriptions provides information on the agency, program title, program summary, program impact, and contact person. The budgetary analysis lists both State and Federal funding for the alcohol and drug programs for FY89-90.
