Abstract
THE SCOPE OF REGULATIONS AND CATEGORIES OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION WHICH MAY BE COLLECTED AND SCORED ARE DISCUSSED IN THE FIRST ARTICLE. THE SECOND ARTICLE DEALS WITH SUCH SPECIFIC AREAS AS SEGREGATION OF COMPUTERIZED FILES, THEIR LINKAGE TO INVESTIGATORY FILES, AND TERMINAL SECURITY. RULES ON INPUT AND UPDATE, ACCESS, SECONDARY USERS, INDIVIDUAL'S RIGHT TO INFORMATION, AND RESEARCH USE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION ARE ALSO INCLUDED. NOTIFICATION OF PURGING AND REQUESTS FOR COMPLIANCE, FORMULATION OF PROCEDURES, AND THE PURGING OF INTELLIGENCE, ANALYTICAL, INVESTIGATIVE AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE RECORDS ARE REVIEWED IN THE FOURTH ARTICLE. FINALLY, DEFINITIONS OF TERMS USED IN THE REGULATIONS ARE PROVIDED.
