Abstract
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS IDENTIFIED IN THE SUMMARIES: THE STATUTE (S), THE APPLICABLE COURT(S), STATE AGENCY WITH SUPERVISORY CONTROL OVER PROBATION ACTIVITIES (PAROLE DUTIES ARE INCLUDED), QUALIFICATIONS OF AGENCY PERSONNEL (INCLUDING SALARY PER LEVEL), AGENCY SALARIES AND WAGES (INCLUDING OTHER SUPPORT), APPOINTED AGENCY OFFICERS, OFFENSES BARRED FROM PROBATION (INCLUDING PREVIOUS CONVICTION BARRED), PRESENTENCE INVESTIGATION (MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL), AND MAXIMUM TERM OF PROBATION (FELONY, MISDEMEANOR).
