Abstract
SUCCESSFUL TRAINING PRODUCES A PROFESSIONALLY ORIENTED STAFF WORKING TO ACCOMPLISH THE GOALS OF THE INSTITUTION. PROPER TRAINING IMPROVES SERVICES FOR YOUTH IN INSTITUTIONS AND RESULTS IN YOUTH BEING ABLE TO GET ALONG IN THE COMMUNITY TO WHICH THEY ARE RETURNED. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT MODIFIED)
