Abstract
THE AMERICAN PUBLIC ALSO HAS THE RIGHT TO HAVE LAW SPEEDILY AND EFFECTIVELY ENFORCED AND THE GUILTY DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY. FIVE PROJECT SUBCOMMITTEES ARE RESEARCHING THE RIGHTS OF THE ACCUSED BEFORE POLICE, PRETRIAL PROCEEDINGS, PROSECUTION AND DEFENSE COUNSELS, CRIMINAL TRIAL, AND SENTENCING AND REVIEW.
