The addendum has six major sections. One contains questions about the agency and its jurisdiction, whether the local AFIS and the State AFIS have the same vendor, whether the local AFIS is compatible with the State AFIS regarding latent prints, and whether the agency forwards all tenprints and palm prints to the State law enforcement agency. Three sections of the addendum contain questions pertinent to search frequencies in general, search frequencies with local law enforcement agencies with an AFIS, and search frequencies with State law enforcement agencies with an AFIS. Two sections of the addendum inquire about the local agencies' searching of the FBI's AFIS and other Federal agencies with an AFIS.
