It includes blocking child abuse material, targeting payment systems for the online purchase of child pornography, and arresting those who are making money from the sale of child pornography. Ludvigsen's presentation focuses on the blocking component of the action plan. Panelist Per-Ake Wecksell - detective inspector of the Swedish National Criminal Police - discusses Sweden's system for blocking Internet child pornography sites through a cooperative arrangement between the police and Internet service providers.
