Tribal Grants Financial Management Training
Offered specifically for OVC tribal grantees, the Tribal Grants Financial Management Training (TGFMT) provides essential financial management training to support grantees as you successfully manage your federal awards. This training fulfills the Department of Justice Training requirements, resulting in an OJP Financial Management Virtual Seminar Tribal Grants Financial Management Training Certificate of Completion.

This training session will define the purpose of financial monitoring reviews, provide an overview of the types of financial monitoring, including desk and on-site reviews, share elements of pre-site and on-site reviews, and identify the top ten monitoring findings.

2024 TVSSA Allowable and Unallowable Costs
In this training session, you will learn to locate allowable versus unallowable costs for each solicitation, determine if a cost is allowable or unallowable per cost category, assess whether a cost is reasonable, allocable, and necessary, and apply policies and procedures to ensure costs are consistently treated.

Federal Financial Report (FFR)
OVC tribal grantees are invited to learn how to submit and edit the quarterly Federal Financial Report (FFR). This webinar recording will: explain the purpose of the FFR form, share why accurate and
timely filing of FFRs is critical, review the filing deadlines for FFRs, demonstrate the steps for FFR submission, and describe the actions taken during closeout.
