Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs and the Courts (Webinar)

The National Judicial Opioid Task Force, in collaboration with the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) Training and Technical Assistance Center, invites you to attend the second of two webinars to learn how state court systems are working with PDMPs to address the opioid crisis. This webinar will address access to, and use of, information contained in PDMPs.

Chief Circuit Judge Charles R. Hickman of Shelbyville, Kentucky and Business Analyst David Hopkins of the Kentucky PDMP will discuss how they access and use PDMP data and what role PDMP information plays in the justice system. There will be a question and answer period following the presentation.
