This webinar will provide a general overview of FY25 Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation (CTAS) Purpose Area (PA) 6 and will also highlight key requirements to submit an application.
CTAS provides federally recognized tribes and tribal consortia an opportunity to apply for funding to aid in developing a comprehensive and coordinated approach to public safety. Many of the Department of Justice's existing tribal government-specific programs are included in and available through this single coordinated funding opportunity.
PA #6: Children’s Justice Act Partnerships for Indian Communities (CJA)
Supported by: Office for Victims of Crime
The overall goal of PA #6/CJA is to provide funding to help American Indian and Alaska Native communities develop, establish, and operate programs designed to improve the investigation, prosecution, and handling of cases of criminal child abuse and neglect (particularly child sexual abuse cases) in a manner that lessens trauma for child victims.
