Choose Respect - Men's Mentoring Program to End Violence

This new training being offered by the Native Wellness Institute will provide a framework for men to engage in conversation with each other about violence against women, to help men of all ages to better understand where their hurt, pain, anger and rage comes from and how men can gather with other men, formally and informally, to choose respect to end this violence.

The training materials from this training will come from the Native Wellness Institute, the Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, Dr. Clayton Small's The Good Road of Life and the National Indigenous Women's Resource Center.
