It includes a crime comparison for 1980-81 and statistics on assaults on officers; adult/juvenile arrests by race; and traffic accidents by automobile type, driver's age, age and sex of casualties, road surface conditions, etc. Inservice training included instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, police civil liability, drunk driver detection, and other police procedures.
