Abstract
This report describes the activities of the Public Information Office, Office of Equal Employment Opportunity, Bureau of Administrative Services, Bureau of Field Operations, and Bureau of Policy and Program Development. It highlights the development and operations of the Differentiated Caseload Management System, which dropped the caseload average to 125 cases per agent in 1978 and to 90 cases per agent by 1979. Tables, charts, and graphs illustrate the data.
