Abstract
QUESTIONS ARE DIVIDED INTO FOUR PROGRAM AREAS: PREVENTION AND POST-ADJUDICATION; DETERRENCE, DETECTION, AND APPREHENSION-COMMUNITY ACTION; DETERRENCE, DETECTION, AND APPREHENSION-POLICE ACTION; AND ADJUDICATION. A FIFTH SECTION ON CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATION DEVELOPS INFORMATION ON INTERAGENCY COORDINATION AND COOPERATION IN OPERATIONS, ORGANIZATION, MANAGEMENT, AND PROGRAM PLANNING. DATA WERE COLLECTED IN A SURVEY OF CITY CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE-RELATED AGENCIES. QUESTION-BY-QUESTION SURVEY RESULTS ARE REPORTED.
