As the awareness of human trafficking grows, there is a demand for diverse and culturally specific training and development of a multi-disciplinary team approach to recognize and respond to human trafficking in Indian Country, as well as supporting those affected by this horrific crime.
The Puyallup Tribe will be hosting this event for professionals who currently work with victims of crime and those who may come into contact with trafficking victims. The conference will provide insightful training across a wide range of topics in order to meet the needs of a community response to trafficking, relevant to tribal leaders, tribal service providers, social workers, advocates, first responders, law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, medical providers, casino staff, and community members.

You will be provided with a breakfast, lunch, beverages and snacks on all 3 days of the conference. You will be provided resources, training ,and networking opportunities.
