Abstract
CAUTION IS SUGGESTED TO AVOID PLACING VICTIMS IN THE ROLE OF SCAPEGOATS IN CRIME EXPLANATION. IT IS ALSO SUGGESTED THAT ONE RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF ATOMISTIC MODES OF THINKING.
