THE FUNCTIONS OF CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS ARE TO KEEP PEOPLE IN CUSTODY, TO BRING ABOUT CHANGES IN THEM SO THAT THEY CAN BE REHABILITATED, AND TO CARRY ON ACTIVITIES NEEDED FOR THE CONTINUED EXISTENCE OF THE ORGANIZATION.
Abstract
A STUDY OF AN ORGANIZATION'S METHODS WILL GIVE A CLEAR IDEA OF WHAT PRIORITIES ARE GIVEN TO EACH OF THESE THREE FUNCTIONS.
