Abstract
THE AUTHOR EMPHASIZES THAT PROTECTION OF INDIVIDUAL PRIVACY RIGHTS IN THE ISSUANCE OF LEGAL SEARCH WARRANTS DOES NOT ACT AS AN IMPEDIMENT TO THE PROPER CONDUCT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES. PROBABLE CAUSE AND SUPPRESSION MOTIONS ARE ALSO DISCUSSED.
