Abstract
TRANSNATIONAL CRIMES UNDER INTERNATIONAL JURISDICTION INCLUDE TERRORISM, DRUG TRAFFICKING, SLAVERY, AND POLLUTION. TERRORISM, HOWEVER, RECEIVES THE BULK OF THE AUTHOR'S TREATMENT. THIS HAS RANGED FROM INDISCRIMINATE BOMBING, AIRCRAFT HIJACKING AND SABOTAGE, AND KIDNAPPING OF DIPLOMATS. PRESENTLY, ART THEFT, COUNTERFEITING, AND SMUGGLING FALL UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF PUNISHABLE TRANSNATIONAL CRIMES.
