THE NUMBER OF ARRESTS FOR INDICTABLE OFFENSES INCREASED SIGNIFICANTLY IN AREAS WHERE TEAM POLICING HAS BEEN EMPLOYED. THE INTEREST AND ENTHUSIASM OF THE PERSONNEL HAS REMAINED HIGH SINCE THE INSTITUTION OF THE PROGRAM.
