THE ARTICLE THEN FOCUSES ON TOPICS SUCH AS STATE AND LOCAL REGULATION OF BONDSMEN, SOURCES AND SELECTION OF CLIENTELE, SUPERVISION OF CLIENTELE, DEALING WITH FORFEITURES, AND COLLUSION AND OTHER FORMS OF MISBEHAVIOR.
