Abstract
BASIC DIMENSIONS AND QUESTIONS IN THE EVALUATION AND MEASUREMENT OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN ITS NATURAL HABITAT AS A MEANS OF BOTH IDENTIFYING AND ASSESSING INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT PROGRAMS FOR CHANGING BEHAVIOR. THE ULTIMATE GOAL IS PREVENTION OF DEVIANT BEHAVIOR SUCH AS CRIME.
