ENUMERATION OF DELETIONS FROM AND ALTERATIONS IN THE GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE WEST GERMAN CRIMINAL CODE BY THE 'PREAMBLE' AS OF MARCH 9, 1974, AS A CRIMINAL LAW REFORM MEASURE.
Abstract
THE 'PREAMBLE' SERVES TO INTRODUCE INTO WEST GERMAN CRIMINAL LAW THE NEW PART 1 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE AS LAID DOWN IN THE SECOND CRIMINAL LAW REFORM STATUTE OF JULY 4, 1969, AS REVISED BY THE LAW OF JULY 30, 1973. IT BRINGS INTO AGREEMENT THE STATUTORY PROSCRIPTIONS IN PART 2 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE AND THE SPECIAL LAWS (NEBENSTRAFRECHT) AND IN THE NEW PART 1 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE. IT ALSO COORDINATES THE NEW PROVISIONS REGARDING CRIMINAL PROCEDURE WITH THESE NEW REGULATIONS. --IN DUTCH
