Abstract
ALSO DISCUSSED ARE CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE WEST GERMAN POLICE, WHO CALL FOR MORE USEFUL CONTRIBUTIONS TO CRIMINAL JUSTICE FROM SOCIAL SCIENTISTS, AND THE SOCIOLOGISTS WHO CRITICIZE THE ROLE OF THE POLICE IN THE PERPETUATING THE SOCIAL STRUCTURE IN THE COUNTRY. --IN GERMAN
