Abstract
INSTRUCTIONS OR CASE NOTES ARE GIVEN TO EACH OF THE PERSONS INVOLVED TO ILLUSTRATE THE ACTUAL ROLE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL INVOLVED IN PLEA BARGAINING. THESE INCLUDE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S CASE NOTES, PUBLIC DEFENDER'S INSTRUCTIONS, DEFENDANT'S INSTRUCTIONS, JUDGE'S INSTRUCTIONS, AND DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S INSTRUCTIONS. A COPY OF THE CRIMINAL CODE IS ALSO ENCLOSED. ACCORDING TO GAME INSTRUCTIONS, JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THE PLAY ITSELF IS THE DISCUSSION OF IT AFTER IT IS OVER.
