Abstract
THESE CHANGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING - OPENING THE COURTROOM TO ELECTRONIC MEDIA, APPELLATE DECISIONS SHOULD BE RENDERED IN OPEN COURT AFTER ORAL ARGUMENT, JUDGE SELECTION PANEL PROCEEDINGS AS WELL AS DISCIPLINARY HEARINGS FOR LAWYERS SHOULD BE MADE PUBLIC, JOURNALISTS SHOULD NOT BE SUBJECTED TO RESTRICTIVE RULES WITHOUT BENEFITS OF DUE PROCESS, AND COURTS SHOULD BE ENTIRELY OPEN WHEN THEY ARE LEGISLATING.
