Abstract
TO HELP WITH THE UNIFICATION OF KANSAS STATE COURTS, THREE ADMINISTRATORS FROM IOWA, NEBRASKA, AND OKLAHOMA PRESENTED THEIR STATE'S EXPERIENCES ON UNIFICATION AT A PANEL DISCUSSION. THE BULK OF THIS REPORT IS COMPRISED OF INFORMATION ON THE UNIFICATION AND REORGANIZATION OF THE NEBRASKA COURTS. ANOTHER PART OF IT CONTAINS SOME OKLAHOMA STATUTES.
